Why Get A Will?

Dying intestate (not leaving a Will) could, and in many circumstances does, cause problems to those who have to deal with life after your gone.

Simply put, they may not be sure of how you want your estate (all that it possess, financially or property) at time of your death distributed without causing any ill feeling among those concerned.
